Our first event, on Saturday, November 8, 2025 was a big success! 23 people brought items to be repaired or knives to be sharpened. Items included clothing, bicycles, computers, fans, a sink drain, a sugar bowl lid, lamps, necklaces, picture frames, stereos, TVs, watches, a toaster oven, and a toy chest. Everyone, even those whose items were unable to be repaired, enjoyed the cafe and had positive things to say about it.
Our second event, on Saturday, March 21, 2026 was another success! 35 people brought items to be repaired or knives to be sharpened. Items included clothing, jewelry, computers, lamps, a mixer, clocks, a milkshake maker, stuffed animals, a toaster, a sewing machine, and a submersion blender. Again, there was much appreciation of the event and the opportunity to have things repaired.
We are registered with the Repair Café international organization, and are proud to be involved in this global movement.
